There is a reason when it is very cheap.

The location is really great and cheap, and staff was not too bad.

It wasn't cleaned at all. terribly dirty and smelly. The linens didn't seem to be cleaned. No one wanted to sleep on the beds.

Location Location

Proximity is amazing. Staff were good.

Pool tiles were broken and my 13yo sliced his foot open which required emergency doctor and stitches, very expensive in Bali!! This resulted in holiday events needing to be cancelled. Upsetting really. They need to address this, it is very dangerous.

Location.

Ruined my holiday. Electrical faults. No working shower. No working internet. Staff forget requests or just say "Ok" then dont. Poor facilities. Corner cutting etc. Its cheap but just dont bother.

Don't stay unless you have to,

The extra hour for check out

the owner said there was a holiday the next day which could impact my onward journey. It had no impact at all, he wanted me to stay an extra night. I wished that I hadn't booked ahead, so I could have got transport out of Kuta. The hotel is full of people on holiday who can't afford a decent resort, not the somewhere I would want to holiday. the Entrance and maintenance of the place don't match the photos. Wifi in the rooms is rubbish.

hotel is close to the beach 5 minutes walk.the staff are sweet. we enjoyed the location

the hotel is very old. photos are from many years ago .cleaning is too weak. we booked this hotel twice because all other hotels were booked and we had no other choice. when we returned to the same room after 4 days, nothing had been cleaned. bathroom and toilet were like before, very dirty and all the stains were still there. moll is everywhere.water presure is weak.no cleaning service it is just an old dirty room that you pay for.swimming pool is not clean we did not use it.a small pool without ventilation that all local guests enter with clothes on.You also get nothing if you ask for it, because there is nothing. Sewer smell in the toilet is also something you experience every day because the building is too old .There is a kitchen available in the garden that you can use, but it is of little use to you. It is not clean and you will not find anything in it.we had to boil the water in pans for coffee or tea, there was no kettle, no microwave. no water no soap or shampoo Literally nothing, you only have a room to sleep in .Air conditioning is too old and does not work well. No sound pro rooms, you hear everything and there are always guests with children who do not take others into account. From the owner You can't expect anything from the staff, but they are lovely people. price is cheap but you have to decide for yourself whether it is worth it for you

So badly discussed nothing at all like the photos could have put alot more bad photos lets only 4 up

Nothing was dirty Disgusting smell like urine air-conditioning did not work

Smell like urine badly very dirty nothing at all like the photos at all was used as a boarding house only stayed 1 night as it was too late to be looking for another place I was getting bites all night in the bed

Our room was not clean when we checked in. The pillow case smelled USED already, a foul odor attached on it. Poor airconditioning. There was no light in the hallway of 2nd floor. They didnt replace the bulb so it was Scary to walk at night, it was dark! Location is quite far from the beach

You get your money's worth and it's a quiet, chill spot in the middle of the craziness.

It's a quiet chill spot right in the middle of the craziness of Kuta and staff is nice. For the price and what u get its one of the best deals I've seen in Kuta and it's funny to me it only has a little over 6 rating.

Each room has one or 2 things you will have to compromise on. For example this room might have better wifi, while that room might have a nicer bathroom. This room may be a little quieter while that room might have better air circulation etc

i didn't have a comfortable time for staying.

the breakfast was good and location is near the beach which is easy for tourist to go there by walking for few minutes. the staffs are friendly.

the service is very bad, no water, toilet is very dirty, no cleaning during the day, the fan was very old and dirty and one of our bed was broken.
